Privacy Policy
This explains what this website collects when you fill in a form, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and — depending on the form — postal address, vehicle details including VIN and mileage, asking price, session preferences, and any comments you add. Our servers also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, process a membership or storage application, arrange a consignment, service or inspection, register a student for the driving school, or handle a foundation referral. We also use aggregate technical data to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our form handler, email provider, hosting provider and payment processor — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site loads the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and reports to Meta that a visit or a form submission took place, so the Foundation can measure and target its advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send Meta the contents of any form.
You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, through Meta's off-Facebook activity controls, or with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker. Declining has no effect on your ability to use this site or to submit any form on it.
Course registration and payment are handled on teendefensivedrivingschool.org, and donations through our payment provider. Those services have their own privacy policies and collect payment details directly; we never see your card number.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. The driving school and foundation programs involve minors; in those cases information is submitted by a parent or guardian, who acts on the minor's behalf.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it was last revised.
